When i started the shopping for my 3 big windows that were broken, I was worried it would break the bank. Wow not only did J&M window do an amazing job, i could not have done the work my self for half the price. Thank you J&M for amazing service and awesome pricing in this world of heavy price increase. The lever came off of my casement window and I couldn't close it. Though I am not a known customer and this was a tiny job, I called for help and George was here in about ten minutes. He knew exactly why I couldn't fix it myself and had it working in under a minute. I was completely impressed and will call them for anything I need in the future. Allison
