I needed a adapter on a weekend and Doug stepped up to the plate and met me at the office and got me what I needed. Brady rocks with his tech support, along with all the other staff are always helpful.

I cannot say enough great things about HelpTek and staff. Doug was amazing... IS amazing. I lost a 98 page family history and he managed to retrieve it and clean it up for me. I can't thank them enough. Friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced.
