Very unhappy with support staff. I am a senior and unable to get around to places that require transportation. I could not get information on my blood work that is usually done there. Some of it could have been done, but they chose to send me elsewhere. Dr. Suzy told me they could do it there if they weren't busy. I like my Dr. very much, but there is a lot of rudeness from people at the front-end. I seem to always leave there in tears because of the lack of respect.

I had a nice experience visiting this clinic. For a better experience for a non emergency consultation, visit few days earlier to make a booking or call to make a booking. This will reduce the time you will have to wait. Dr. Suzy and the receptionists are so professional. Kudos.

Receptionist staff was rude and unacceptable behaviour . Receptionist doing partiality.They didn’t accept walking at 08:30 for 1year old baby just because dr. Suzy is not his family doctor. But they accept walking other people later on. Such a bad experience.
