After the generous help I received from Dean Meadows at BMO Nesbitt Burns, I feel compelled to share my experience.
I recently reached out to BMO Nesbitt Burns for help with withdrawing some investment monies. It was an old account through another company and I was getting a bit of a run around on requesting a withdrawal. Despite the fact that there was absolutely no direct benefit for Dean in doing so, he took the time to help me with this issue and expedited my request. Dean would probably say that it didn’t take long, and it wasn’t a big problem (for him and his expertise). That’s not the point it was a big help to me.
