She takes her time and my lashes end up looking exactly the way I like them (I go for the classic type, and like the long and wispy look). I also love that she does the podcast thing and I don’t feel pressured to converse (seriously, whenever that happens when I get my lashes done, I end up falling asleep and speaking gibberish hahaha). Anyway. Never thought I’d get my best lashes ever in Brandon, Manitoba, but here we are.“

“Michalla is the only stylist I've seen here, and each time I leave super pleased and happy with my results; whether cut or color, she knocks it out of the park. As someone with anxiety (because I've had horrible cuts in the past), she always takes time to reassure me that everything will be ok. She goes above and beyond every single time! She's worth 5 stars.

However, the reason I give this salon only 4 stars is due to a lack of customer service in the reception area. When I've called to book appointments, they seem annoyed that they even have to answer the phone. Or when I walk in, I barely receive a smile.“
