Very helpful, easy to deal with.My house was built 9 years ago by SK2, I'm the second owner so I was not even the original SK2 customer, and whenever I have asked for info while renovating they have responded promptly and provided the info, whether it be siding color/shingle specs/as-built blueprints/flooring color.Keep it up!

The homes that SK2 Building Solutions builds are incredible! When I saw their homes first hand, I was blown away by how gorgeous they are and the build quality of their homes. Their homes aren't your typical modular home - they are quality, custom, high end homes. If you're thinking about building a new home, ask to see one of their completed homes - you'll be amazed! I sure was.

We are so incredibly thankful that friends of ours suggested we look into SK2 to build our house for us. Kevin, Steve and all of their employees go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with everything in your house. Both Kevin and Steve were always available to answer any of our questions or concerns and they were honest and forthcoming with any issues that came up in our build. They sent our RTM unfinished to avoid road bans and did everything to get us in our house as fast as they could.
