“I had a great experience working with Marv. He wasn't bothered (or at least didn't show it!) that I'd send him my questions at any time of day whenever they came to mind, he was helpful in answering those questions and had the knowledge I needed. If I did ask a question that was too open or generic he didn't give a 'confidently incorrect' answer just to satisfy and would explain why it didn't have a clear answer and give some guidance.
I especially appreciated that he wasn't pushy on making a purchase as I really wasn't sure what I was after and he was okay that I was going to need some time to make a decision. He was still willing to answer questions and show me homes even if he knew I wasn't seriously interested in an offer yet and just looking to learn a bit more about my own expectations to better prepare for when I was ready to be serious. I never felt like he was brushing me aside because I wasn't committed enough, and I felt he understood my goals and comfort level to strike a good balance between letting me take my own steps and being present to assist.
Not specific to Marv, but the Border Realty courtesy trailer was an enormous plus. I didn't know about it when I signed up, but having an enclosed trailer that can fit several pieces of large furniture made the move much easier and I could see this being a motivator to choose Border Realty if I was shopping around.“
