Terminix is a pest control company with over 95 years of experience. They offer preventative treatments and services designed to make life easier for customers. Terminix emphasizes the importance of local specialists who are dedicated to solving pest problems. Customers praise Terminix for its accommodating service and the expertise of its technicians. They are on time, thorough, informative, friendly, and courteous. The person performing the inspection and the technician were very knowledgeable. Using this company was super easy. Every worker was helpful, kind, efficient, and patient. The men that came to do the physical labor worked during the heat wave and were determined to give customers what they paid for. Customers are excited to now be a part of pest 365+ to enjoy their yard without bugs. Although the services are expensive, it felt like the price was worth it. Customers would like more advanced notice of scheduled visits than same day, preferably 7 days notice.
Using this company was super easy. Every worker was helpful, kind, efficient, and patient. I instantly felt better in my home. The men that came to do the physical labor worked during the heat wave and I appreciated all four of them working as hard as they did. I can only imagine how rough it was for them but they were still determined to give me what I paid for. I’m excited to now be a part of pest 365+ to enjoy my yard without bugs getting in the way. I had experienced termites that damaged my deck. Now terminx has covered my property with bait traps that are working to protect my property. On the year check up they found more termites eating the bait. They replaced the bait traps with new ones to insure that there was plenty of bait for them to eat.
Our technician, Joseph Pinheiro, was courteous, informative and worked fast and effectively. For the past couple days, we haven't seen any of the carpenter ants/bugs that were becoming a major issue inside our home, and we're feeling very satisfied with Terminix.
