Well to start I made an appointment and walked in before my appointment time. They were short with me and checking in. Then I sat for 35 minutes before someone came over to me and told me to go sit at a chair. Where I sat for another 15 minutes before someone started to help me. I was there for just a gel polish change because I didn't have the time for a full gel manicure (yet I was there for over an hour). And when they started to do my nails they were rushing... then they used cuticle cutters and then another tech came over took the cutters and used them on someone else!!! Never ever will I go back

I have been going here for almost a year. I live in Holden and found the salons there to either be dirty (main st near Subway or super rude big y plaza salon). I have not been disappointed. Always welcoming, no appointment needed, very clean, friendly and they do an excellent job on pedicures and manicures. I typically get gel manicure and regular pedicure for $52. Very happy with the service here. Highly recommend!

So i went in and got my nails done in twenty minutes which was awesome but 40 bucks for my nails to chip in two days was bananas i got a gel French manicure refill she didn't cut my cuticles or lotion my hands was too busy thinking about the other woman who came in and trying to find her no thanks all set.
