Absolutely awful experience. Was quoted $890 to replace my windshield. The new windshield was damaged and when they called me telling me they had to order a new one from the dealer they had the audacity to charge me $3,300. No effort to help figure this out what so ever.

Went there last year and it was a horrible experience. The staff is rude and they are not bothered about their customers. The first time their technician was unable to caliber my lane assist system so had to go there again and he was still unable to fix it. They wasted a total of 12 hours of mine. I had to eventually go to my dealer and get it fixed. I had to get in touch with my insurance and let them know what happened so that a new claim could be started. Do not go to them.

I really only dealt with one glass replacement company in my local area because honestly, that's all I knew existed. It wasn't until they wanted to charge me $120 for a repair stating that my insurance "wasn't comprehensive". So I decided to call my insurance broker who assured me that any and all glass repair/replacement was fully covered and to never use that company again (::cough cough:: Safelite ::cough cough::). They recommended Glass America, put a claim through and Glass America called and scheduled a full windshield replacement 3 days later at no charge. The technician was amazing.
