I brought in a pair of pants to alter. I paid $20 when I picked them up. But , after trying them on, the legs were not the same length. I returned, but the clerk insisted those were not the pants I dropped off and refused to to correct their error. He also refused to refund my money. Never again. I would not recommend this place for alterations ever. I notice that they are not ranked in the top venues for alterations….Laramee Williamstown

The rude belligerent young man said their prices were so high because they “charge what they want”. He also said if I don’t like the prices “don’t come back.” I’ll be taking his advice.
