I would never recommend this business to anyone. I had my 2018 taxes done by this office. In September 2021, I received a letter from the Commonwealth of MA stating I underpaid my personal income tax and that I owed $450. I called Gajda, Arnold, & McConnell about this issue and McConnell admitted that his office incorrectly transposed my income when filing the taxes on my behalf. When I asked if I would receive a partial refund for this error, he was incredulous, stating "We're not going to pay your taxes for you."
