Trak Septic Pumping

Trak has always been there we we needed them. Believe me, when you have an emergency with septic, not just a scheduled pumpout, that's what you need, most recently to give me a weekend recommendation of someone else who could service our failed septic pump, followed by a couple visits when needed to work with that pump contractor, and then with an excavator when the pump contractor figured out we had a serious groundwater incursion to deal with. Another time, a holiday backup when we had visitors , when he quickly identified the problem.

I had my septic stop working mid winter and rotorooter came out and told me the wrong thing was wrong, they snaked my main line and it still didnt work which I had explained to them before they started. They still charged me $650 for about an hour of their time. I had dug up the tank myself. Then I called Trak. He offered to come out just to help.me figure out what the real problem was and honestly spelled out my options without just trying to make a buck. I highly recommend him. It's rareto have someone just genuinely offer to help and provide an honest professional opinion you feel you can trust.

I've used TRAK Septic many times in the past, and just the other day as well. Great job as usual. He even gives me recommendations to help with septic usage and maintenance. I had forgotten to uncover the second cover to my tank and he took it upon himself to dig it up. Now thats service! (Sorry I forgot!) Thank you so much!
