“Apologies to you, Patrick, for not posting a review sooner. We relocated to Northampton from out of state in May and of course I needed to find a new stylist. I read many salon reviews, visited websites, but kept coming back to Patrick’s. Something about him seemed like a good fit, and my instincts were correct.Patrick does outstanding work, listens (a biggie!) and educates you about your unique tresses. He does carry quality products, but doesn’t push any of them. He’s also a kind and sweet person, and it’s always delightful spending time in his chair.Services: Blowouts“

“At the time of writing, she's $22 for a hair cut. Hue is super consistent and reliable. I've always gone to her for pretty standard men's cut (tapers, trims). She moves pretty efficiently and takes walk ins. When I went today, 3 people were ahead of me and it was just over an hour wait. Plenty of free off street parking in the lot shared with Dunkin.I asked for a low to skin taper up into a 1 or 2, and to only even out the top. It's not quite to skin but it looks far cleaner than when I came in. I'm happy with it.Hair type: Straight hair.“

She gave me the exact kind of hairstyle that I was wanting and checked in with me to make sure I was okay with her process. “I decided to book a last minute haircut this week after my last cut started to bother me.Being a last minute appointment I was assigned to whoever had a availability - I am grateful I ended up in Will's chair. Will took time to talk with me and understand what I wanted. I always feel awkward at salons but this was not the case with Will - it was a low pressure experience. He was professional, exact, and kind. I left with my favorite haircut I have had in years! I will definitely be back.“

“I recently had an amazing facial at pure Beauty Studio in South Deerfield, MA and want you all to know about it:Lian Reed did a phenomenal facial for me. I have had many facials in my life but hers topped them all. I was 10 mins early cause that’s just how I am, and she greeted me friendly and advised me she was almost ready. She showed me to the room and gave me instructions on how to prepare for the facial. She asked me a few questions about my skin care routine and products I currently use, and then started promptly. The room was dimly lit and had very relaxing music playing on a warming and soft esthetician bed with soft blankets to keep me comfortable. Her massage was the perfect pressure for me and what I requested on the online form. She made me feel like a million bucks! The organic skin care line they use, “Eminence” is amazing! It feels and smells wonderful. Overall I left there feeling like I just left a high-end spa. Highly recommend Lian, if you’ve never had a facial, get one. I have already booked my next one and can’t wait!“

When I first visited Fringe Studio for Hair a month ago, I asked for a cut that would help my hair curl with a minimum of fuss. Jen did wonders for my hair! I can't believe how great it's been over the weeks since my cut. It feels fuller with more body than it has ever felt before (and most days I only wash and condition!).
