I recently purchased an HP laptop from Bestbuy and within 6 months it would no longer power on. BestBuy "Geek Squad" wanted to ship it out leaving me without a computer for 2-4 weeks just to most likely split the case and unplug the battery from the motherboard to reset it under warranty. I found Post and they dropped what they were working on when I walked in, split the case, and reset the motherboard and battery for only $40.00 in less than 30 minutes.
