My family and I have been using Post Computer Systems' services for over 20 years. We have purchased and upgraded several desktop and laptop computers in that time, as well as visited them for professional services beyond our expertise. Art, Jan and the rest of the team are highly professional and always take the time to fully understand our computing needs and issues. I recently purchased an HP laptop from Bestbuy and within 6 months it would no longer power on. BestBuy "Geek Squad" wanted to ship it out leaving me without a computer for 2-4 weeks just to most likely split the case and unplug the battery from the motherboard to reset it under warranty. I found Post and they dropped what they were working on when I walked in, split the case, and reset the motherboard and battery for only $40.00 in less than 30 minutes. Brought them my dead external hard drive. The manufacturer recommended a repair company that wanted to charge me $2500.00 and would take weeks. Post computer pulled the drive out of its case, installed it in a new case, only charged me $180ish, and it only took 24 hours. Highly recommend Post Computer for all your computer needs.
