Amazon Fire wouldn’t connect to our WiFi. In five minutes they fixed it and didn’t charge. I’m sick of APPLEs failed attempts to reconnect my wireless keyboard said my 2010 desktop was too old. AND no way to buy a new or refurbished keyboard. POST said “drop it off, we’ll give it a try”. My kind of local business. My kind of customer service. Happy.
