Park Cleaners in Wilbraham is an honest business that does a great job with dry cleaning. The staff, including Hailey, once found cash left in a jacket pocket by a customer’s mother-in-law and returned it in an envelope. Customers have been using them weekly for over a year and appreciate the friendly staff, GREAT service, and reasonable prices. The location is described as dreary and needing a face lift with new lighting and decor, and clerks could clean up the entry way when not busy. Despite this, Park Cleaners is considered the best cleaners around with spotless results and animal-friendly service. The staff are helpful, go out of their way to ensure satisfaction, and truly care about clothes and the experience, making it feel like family.
I’ve been using Park Cleaners in Wilbraham for over a year and I go weekly for all my dry cleaning needs. They have always done a great job, but I have to give a special kudos because last week my mother in law who has dementia left a lot of cash in one of her jackets. I took the jacket to Park Cleaners to be cleaned and none of us knew the money was in the jacket pocket. Not even my mother in law knew as she can’t remember things day to day. Nonetheless, Hailey at Park Cleaners, received our dry cleaning, found the money, put it in an envelope and when I went back to pick up the clothes - she returned the cash to me! Dreary. Needs lighting and new decor.
Clerks could clean up entry way and spruce up the place when they are not busy....
Best cleaners around , friendly staff GREAT service and turn around dates . Prices are reasonable for the work they put into making customer happy!! Animal friendly as well . People are just great spirited here at park cleaners !
