My berber carpet needed a professional cleaning so I called a few local businesses for a quote. The owner of Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning was easy to get a hold of and shared extensive knowledge before I even hired the company. The technician arrived on time and also shared expertise as to what he was doing and why. I ended up doing an additional treatment to the carpet based on what the technician recommended. Due to the added treatment the invoice was slightly higher than the initial quote (with good reason) but overall I still paid less when compared to two other quotes from local carpet cleaning services. We're picky about service in our home and want a quality job carried out with courtesy, trustworthiness, and professionalism at a fair price...with no collateral damage!We chose Absolute Best years ago because of their emphasis on perfection and great results. They approach the job with excellent communication skills and their work is done with care.In addition to cleaning our carpet and tile today, they are cleaning a wool rug which they will handle off-site, return and put back in place as well as attending the caulk in our shower.I highly recommend their services...you can count on them to care for your home as they would their own.
