And I can tell you that he is one of the "nicest and most genuine people" that you will ever deal with in having your business with the IRS taken care of! He spent a LOT of time, effort and patience that I certainly do not have,..in order to see me through this process to the end. He got my situation cleared up when one other Tax Business essentially told me that they didn't have the ability to handle my issue at the time due to some seemingly (convenient) staffing shortage or something ???
