I started seeing Caryn at Bellas Bodyworks since, as I recall, December 2022. It was exactly what I needed. She listened to my needs and provided me with a massage that was well beyond my expectations. She has a knack for finding that right spot, and if you're anything like me, with knots all over my shoulders, upper back, and neck, you can appreciate my comment. One of the things she introduced me to was cupping. Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. Special cups are put on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. I've been going to see Caryn for about 10 years now. She is an absolute gem. I always leave her sessions feeling like a million bucks. Her space is very calming and I look forward to all of my sessions with her.
