NEHAIR completed my procedure ~1 month ago. I had a great experience with Dr. Welter, Mike, and Cassandra.

Mike took time during the consultation meeting to overview the process/recovery timeline and spent extra time answering my questions. He was super knowledgeable and transparent.

NEHAIR accommodated my timeline, scheduling my procedure date <2 weeks post consultation. They also completed the hair and beard procedures in 1 day.

During the procedure, Dr. Welter, Cassandra and the team were professional, well prepared, and friendly/personable. Dr. Welter ensured I was happy with the hairline/beard design before proceeding.

They only trimmed minimal hair before extraction so my hairstyle was effectively back to normal after 7 days when I returned to work.

The team provided detailed written instructions on post op care and the right plan to improve results (supplements, shampoos, nutrition, etc). Dr. Welter called me to check in the next day. He and Mike answered my messages within minutes during the whole process.

Everything has gone well this past month and I’m confident that Dr. Welter/Cassandra will deliver a great outcome. Would 100% recommend!

All the staff, especially Mike, were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any concerns and requests. Dr. Welter is also very, very good at what he does. I highly recommend this clinic if you are considering a procedure.
