Really great experience getting my PT post knee replacement. Savannah and Brenda did a wonderful job getting me up and functioning again. Everyone is friendly, motivating and caring. Donna and the front desk are tops. Couldn’t recommend more
My 4th PT organization I’ve been to over past 10 years and by far and away the best. From the front desk welcoming (no matter what you are wearing) to the PT’s themselves, makes you want to work hard to get back on track. Brenda runs the shop like a top notch baseball manager, creating a seamless team approach to diagnose the issue and strategize its remedy. Initially, I went in only to check out the facilities but when Brenda gave me the top line on her and Bay State’s system, I became convinced. Read Brenda’s bio if you have any questions, it exudes tons of experience with all sorts of physical challenges.

I was referred to Bay State PT after I fractured my shoulder from a fall while ice skating. When I began PT I could not lift my arm. After working with Savannah for a couple of months and doing the exercise routine she curated for me, I am back swimming a mile 3 times a week with no pain!
