My experience there was okay. The only thing that I don't like is that the doctor rarely every speaks to you one on one and no one explains what they are doing to you during the appointment. Regarding treatment plans though, they are not clear about what they are doing. Also, when you finish with your treatment they make you sign up for this Retainer Club subscription, and say once you get your retainers then you can cancel the subscription. Theres no clear person to speak to there, mostly it is the front desk explaining when it should be the treatment coordinator.

I generally avoid writing reviews but the Arch locations in Canton and Westwood (but especially Canton) deserve a review. Everyone there goes above and beyond, in meaningful ways, on each and every visit to make us feel welcome, valued, comfortable and well-taken care of. This would not be possible without the exceptional Orthodontic staff/support staff/administrative staff/team that puts their best foot forward on all the occasions that we have gone there - and there have been a significant number. We could not possibly offer a stronger recommendation for this office. They did a great job with our family's needs - both of our daughters have beautiful smiles and get compliments all the time. Our younger sons will be ready soon for their braces and we will be coming to Arch for them as well. Dr. Chase has been practicing for 20 + years and has a very professional and friendly team. They are available off hours for emergency fixes. They are now offering Brius which is supposed to shorten treatment times. Try them - you will be happy you did.
