All the stylists are friendly and say hello, and they even offer drinks, coffee and snacks. Clients feel welcome, even when they have children with them. The stylists are amazing, blessed with skill, kindness, and professionalism. They listen to everything clients ask for and to all their concerns, providing a professional opinion when needed. They take amazing care of hair, loving and caring for it like it was their own, which builds deep trust. They are able to help last minute and squeeze clients in, turning tears into smiles. Clients have followed their stylist for years, are so glad to have found their everyday salon, and can't wait to book in the future. Everyone always has a good laugh while getting their hair done.

I had a haircut and hydration treatment with Katie today and she did such a great job! The whole experience was super relaxing, and she was so sweet and welcoming. The salon itself is really clean and has a warm, inviting vibe. The rest of the staff was friendly too :) Overall, a great experience!
Katie did such an a relaxing hair wash on me, it’s the kind of wash where you could literally fall asleep! I felt like a queen in her chair! She gave me exactly what I wanted and made me feel refreshed! Will be going to her every time! She deserves to be recognized!
