I am very happy with my veterinarian. Dr. GROSSI is the best veterinarian zi have ever had for any of my pets. She is so thorough and compassionate. She explains everything in detail.
I did have to wait longer than usual but I understand there was an issue with the computer system earlier that day.
I wasn't upset because she is worth waiting for.
The staff is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This visit I took in a urine sample which was unexpected. They did the urinalysis right away and Dr. Muddy actually came out to speak to me and explain the next steps. Awesome!
Acoaxet is such a great veterinary clinic. I was there with my dog for his annual physical and a couple of shots. My dog is an extremely nervous patient. And Dr. Rizzo and her Vet Tech (I sincerely apologize, I can’t remember her name), were so personable and went way out of their way to help him relax and feel as comfortable as possible. They made the visit quick and as stress free as they could given his anxiety. Thank you Acoaxet for your great service!
