No one ever has described getting a crown as a PERFECT experience, but that's exactly how I would describe my recent experience at Wachusett Family Dental. Dr. Abigail Manzella's skillful ability and experience is only overshadowed by her kind personality and caring ways. This past month, I had crown work done and it was absolutely PERFECT from beginning to end. Dr. Manzella and her assistant, Alli heard my concerns and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I took my 93 year old father here for a denture relining. Dr. Manzela was wonderful. They quickly assessed the problem and within a week my father had properly fitted dentures. Excellent service and so accommodating for wheelchair access.

I've been seeing Dr. Palermo and his wonderful staff for almost 20 yrs - since he first opened his practice in Westminster. The office is clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The staff is kind, courteous, and professional. Our entire family goes to this practice for their dentistry needs. No complaints.
