I’ve been going for PT for about 6 months and appreciate the 1 on 1 attention I get to modify exercises as needed versus being told once and expecting to do all without oversight, which has happened at other PT places in the past.I value the knowledge in active release and I’ve done needling which was also a huge relief. Another thing I value is the relaxing, clean environment vs PT somewhere that smells like a gym!
