When she contacted NextGen the ladies the office said Mitch would call us We were skeptical, but he called and made an appointment from that point on the people we were in contact with Mitch, Brian and also Brian the Supervisor on the job. Who ran the job and the crew. We are pleased and impressed with the quality and efficiency of the entire crew. When they got done it was cleaned up spotless. Next Gen is definitely the way to go if you need your roof replaced or repaired!
They are available & flexible throughout the entire process. Matt is amazing he will meet with you and go over every detail. Also, Matt is very prompt! He doesn’t waste any time to assist with your needs or goals. Matt is very responsive and overall just great customer service. Matt is there for you from start to finish & even follows up to see how things are.
The company will do their best to get you in ASAP if there is any emergencies as well.

Matt was awesome helping us right from the start to the very end with are new roof. Roof was promised to be stripped and installed in one day and that’s just what they did and left my yard very clean couldn’t tell they were there besides the new roof! 10/10 highly recommend them has been 3 years with new roof an we have zero issue!
