The staff is courteous and takes the time to answer questions, ensuring a pleasant experience. The office offers a beautiful selection of frames and sunglasses with a quick turnaround time on prescriptions. Despite being busy, the team remains respectful and efficient, making every trip to the eye doctor a positive one.
I had an amazing experience with Tracey at Myeyedr. in Westfield yesterday. She successfully adjusted my regular, backup, and sunglasses for me. Her positive can do attitude and motivation toward complete customer satisfaction were extremely impressive. She does excellent work, has a great personality, and it is fun to converse with her.
Very good service. I’m always in a better mood walking out than I was going in. Good people, good service and great smiles. What more can you ask for? (The selection of frames is good too)
Amazing Doctor's and Staff. Would highly recommend. Lori was wonderful to work while ordering glasses ,very knowledgeble and helpful. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Everyone seemed to work really well together and genuinely like what they do which is rare these days. Couldn't have had a better experience.
