Charlen is a calm and communicative teacher. She is excellent at sensing the needs of the room and is attentive to individuals in a group, even when there is a large number of people. She taught a class for our birth circle and seemed to take genuine interest in the members and their babes and took extra time to connect and support them after the session. Highly recommended! Such a simple, yet critical skill to have!

Charlen is absolute BEST! She is a reiki practitioner you absolutely need in your life! I came to her completely broken (emotionally, physically, spiritually, etc.) with a chronic nerve issue. When we have a session, she makes sure to check in with me, and the healing that her reiki does is incredible! Her energy and soul is one of the purests on this planet. She has such a calming presence in our sessions. I could not have done all this healing without her and our sessions. I saw Charlen for a baby massage class. She was punctual, welcoming, knowledgeable and left me with great handouts on what we learned. The class was also very fairly priced. I'm very happy to have done it, and this will be a great skill to use with my baby. Thank you!
