I'm very happy with my stylist Liz. She's very nice, listens to my requests and helps me feel very comfortable. She's very talented too with many years of experience. She is always busy, because many clients like me will wait for her. My GC experience in Westfield is definitely a 5 star.Side Note: You NEED to get the app and check in online. The people who "walk in" and are upset when they don't get quick service need to realize this. The App is so easy, really convenient too. Anyone who complained will be embarrassed once they try the App and see how convenient and user friendly it really is.

Impressed first time customer! Easy check in process from home with the mobile app, no wasted time due to the ETA wait time feature. Amy was fantastic!! She was friendly, and did a great job! Her experience shows! Will be a return customer. Great Clips is lucky to have hard working employees at this location.

Check in online when you're leaving the house. That way, you're 'in the system'. The stylists are great and do an excellent job. I only know men's haircuts, so if you want a dye job or a perm (are those still a thing?) your milage may vary.
