Mary was prompt and professional, and so far, it appears she is proficient with filing my taxes. I was somewhat upset, however, when Mary basically hijacked a speaker-phone conversation I was having with a TD Bank representative when endeavoring to sort out an issue regarding documentation required to complete the tax-filing process.
