“Booking was easy, especially given we are not from the Cape and needed to make sure we had a spot for our dogs for a few days when we got here.
Staff was very friendly.
Drop off and pickup were simple, the dogs seemed comfortable from the go (normally very skittish),.and we were able to have them boarded together.
Prices are competitive for the area.
Only complaint is the collar for one of our dogs came back chewed beyond repair. I assumed collars came off while being boarded, but must not - which, probably makes sense. His sister loves to chew, so I have to assume she did it when they were kenneled for the night.
All in all, happy customer. Happy dogs. Would use Howladay again.”
