This appointment was a special day for me - the first appointment I'd had in years after my disability stopped me from going regularly to a salon. Aubrey not only made me feel like I was her only client in the world, but she was as excited as I was. She gave me back years of my life, made it feel like it was just yesterday I had stepped out of a salon and knew exactly what I wanted. She was checking in on my comfort level often, knowing what my deal was. Super kind hearted.Oh fabulous job on my eyebrows as well. Went to Shimmer for the first time today, as I'm new to the area. Loved the vibe, cute, clean and comfortable, and the staff was so nice! Service was great as well, Megan really understood what I wanted for my cut/color and delivered! Left feeling great and was just what I was looking for. They also have snacks and drinks and they offered me a disposable facemask so I wouldn't get hair product on mine - above and beyond! Really great spot in North Smithfield, I'll be back!

I love everything about this salon... From being treated as soon as you walk in the door, the warm lavender towels around your neck and the snack and drinks provided.... They make you feel special while there. I love this place and will go back....
