Cleanliness: Thus place is always clean and they are always friendly I have only had 1 bad experiences here but I understand thing happens so I have been still going there for like 10 years

The owner is a thoughtful & talented female business owner who always takes the time to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied. Joanne and her team take pride in their work and take great care of their customers.

I have been going to see Joanne for over four years and made sure to follow her from Pembroke when she opened her own West Nails & Spa salon. The place is clean, welcoming and at a convenient location. You definitely should give it a try and your nails will thank you!!!

I love, love, love Joanne. She always is accommodating because I can't have a "set" appointment. She is consistent and does my nails the same way every time. The place is immaculate. Highly recommend West Nails!
