I bought one of their products (Swan Sleeve Rail + Rear Sight) secondhand at a gun store because i thought it was neat, not knowing what it was; i did a bit of googling before finding the company proper!

When i bought it, it had a spring that had fallen out of place, which let the Rear Sight retaining arm to pivot freely and fall out of the body, so purely out of curiosity's sake, i called the company and asked about potentially getting it fixed.

Not only did they not care i bought the product secondhand, they fixed the offending spring FREE OF CHARGE.

If that's not trust in the products you're offering, then i don't know what is quite frankly.

I have purchased there products for a few years now and let me tell you some of the best quality parts I have ever used. It might be little pricey but you get what you pay for. Sights slings optic mounts simply the best.

They stand behind the product and if you are in there system they will take care of you .if your not simply return there product and again never a issue.
