The home care workers that took care of first my father and then my mother were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. I could rest knowing my parents were well cared for.
Worcester Home Care not only provided my Mom the physical and medical support she needed while living in an assisted living residence, but they cared for her in a way that gave her the respect, independendence, and dignity she deserved. The professionals at WHC built rapport with my mother and also with our family. Our visits could focus on quality time together knowing that her needs were being met at all times by the WHC aides. The staff also collaborated with the staff at the assisted living facility to provide consistent care for our Mom. We will always be grateful for the companionship and skilled nursing WCH provided our family.
I don’t know what we would have done without Palliative Personal Care/Worcester Home Care and its incredible staff. They took wonderful care of my mother and removed the uncertainty from a stressful situation. Rhonda, particularly, has a special place in my heart.
I waited until we needed help and Rick was able to set things up and support us within 48 hours. Our urgency for aide was such that if I were to do it again, I would call them earlier and proactively rather than waiting.
The fact that our house is relatively inaccessible in Sutton, MA wasn’t an issue. The simply showed up and did whatever they could to make Mom comfortable and our lives easier.
