I simply can't say enough about the level of service that Worcester Home Care provided to my mother over a three year period. The aides were everything one could ask for and more - professional, skilled and able to connect while assisting and providing comfort as mother lost her independence and the ability to do for herself. Our numerous requests for help were often times no notice calls and each and every time Rick was able to provide exceptional personnel. We are forever grateful to the aides for the loving care they provided. I speak for my brothers and sister in saying that we would strongly recommend WHC without reservation.
My elderly mother was in an assisted living community under hospice care. I needed more help than the family could provide. Rick Stein-Worcester Home Care/Palliative Personal Care was highly recommended by the assisted living community. Rick was flexible in scheduling the personal care attendants and made sure my mother had the care she needed. He and his team are very professional and compassionate.
