A friend recommended I try Acupuncture with Dr. Heather Louks at Acupuncture & Herbs on 6A. Heather has helped me tremendously and I am so happy with the results and progress I have made. The frequency and intensity of my migraines has decreased with her treatments. Heather is also very focused and attentive to my pain issues. My sleeping has improved as I am not getting migraine attacks during the night. Another important area she has addressed was identifying food triggers in my diet that were causing my migraines.
To sum it up…….Heather has taken a holistic approach to reduce my headaches and help me gain better health.
