Michele was super helpful from the beginning up until the very end when the shades got installed. We needed shades for the entire house so it was a long process when it comes to choosing the type/design of the shades, but she was very patient and made the whole process easier.

We dealt with the Wellesley location for our Martha's Vineyard home. Product selection and sales support was excellent and pricing was fair for a hi quality shade. Installer was very professional, I like that he put on botties without having to ask and was very careful moving furniture. Bonus, he took all our old blinds and the boxes with him. Very impressed all around with Shade store.
