I’ve had a great experience at The Exercise Coach over the last two years. I’m so much stronger and DEXA scans results indicate my bone health has improved significantly. The Exercise Coach provides an efficient, effective workout that’s challenging but enjoyable. The trainers are caring and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to build strength as I age.

The Exercise Coach program was perfect for getting back into the gym after a long break. The trainers were very friendly and paid close attention to my limitations from an injury. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t usually enjoy exercising!

My wife and I have been going to The Exercise Coach in Wellesley for over two years and it has been immensely beneficial. We have different attitudes to working out but the fact that we can do it together makes it fun for both of us. And the trainers are great. In 20 minutes you can achieve similar results to working with a personal trainer for an hour and the Exerbotics machines that provide continuous resistance make for a challenging workout — in a tightly controlled environment — and provide instant feedback on your performance.
