Steve McKenna & The Home Advantage Team, Gibson Sotheby's International Realty
“We can’t say enough about Steve McKenna and the Home Advantage Team. We handed them a tall task: sell our house in just a few weeks while we packed up 30 years of memories and prepared to move overseas. They were calm, organized, and absolutely on top of everything, which let us focus on getting to a new country, new home, and new job.
On very short notice, Steve and his team immersed themselves in every aspect of the sale—providing recommendations and referrals for decluttering, junk removal, repairs, painting, updating, staging, and more. And when it came to the selling process itself, it genuinely became the easiest part of our entire relocation because of their expertise and support.
From pricing and staging to showings, offers, closing, and the final handover, Steve and his team handled everything flawlessly. In the middle of a very hectic international move, we never had to worry about a thing.
More than once we said to each other, “If everyone did their job the way Steve does, what a world!” Truly a team that stands head and shoulders above the rest.”
Krystyn Elek - Masterman Elek Group, Compass
“We had an excellent experience working with Krystyn. She was very professional, knowledgable and patient with first time buyers. She walked us through all the steps from starting to look at properties all the way through closing. Through her years of experience, she has great contacts with lenders and lawyers, etc. She was always available by phone or text when we had issues, questions, or concerns. She knew our needs and wish list and helped us negotiate on a property that wasn't even on the market. She found us our dream home and helped us move in on time despite some sudden hiccups at the last moment (not on her end). I would have no hesitation working with her again in the future. We give her the highest recommendation, especially, for first time buyers.”
