I always enjoy picking up my cleaning. The folks there over-deliver. My interactions with the employees are always kind and courteous, especially Chris, who is a lovely human being. I appreciate that people really care about their customers during a time when customer service has gone the way of the dodo bird. It is a two-way street and I hope that customers are also respectful to the employees at Lapels.
I love that they clean sustainably. They give great tips on how to care for items, too. Service is excellent. Well placed across from Whole Foods as well.Services: Area rug cleaning
Great experience - I asked for overnight dry cleaning and they were very clear about what time the work would be complete the following day to ensure it met my needs. It actually got done a little early so they texted me! Friendly, efficient, clean!Service: Dry cleaning
