There was no upselling — just straightforward, knowledgeable guidance that made us feel confident in our decision.

I am beginning 2026 with much gratitude for Fei Plumbing and Heating as our water heater unexpectedly broke on January 3rd and needed immediate attention. I am a new customer and was so happy Bob picked up the call, guided me on how to turn off the water, and was on premise within a couple of hours with the new heater.
