First time for therapy because my only sibling passed away unexpectedly. The billing department has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They switched apps during my time there and made it impossible to see what they were taking out of my bank account and when. No statements available. And when you call the main office the woman who I assume is the office manager/secretary acts bothered and angry you dare call to ask a schedule question. My therapist was more interested in her own dog than anything I had to say. I first saw a psych np for the purpose of exploring medication for pain from depression. He told me, repeatedly and with no evidence, that I needed to be nicer to my daughters and not blame them (?!) but wouldn’t talk about meds until I agreed with him. The intake forms are badly designed, and I have been trying to cancel an appointment with a social worker for nearly a week—multiple emails, message through office platform—and it still hasn’t been cancelled; I just received another reminder a few minutes ago. I just know I’ll be billed and have to deal with that. I know that there is a shortage of mental health caregivers and I really try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I’d steer clear of this particular practice. Adding: one of the early emails sent by the social worker was scolding; I decided to see her anyway, thinking I read the tone wrong. I received another scolding email this morning. Definitely not appropriate communication especially when it comes to caring mental health practice. One last add: called number below twice; straight to voicemail. I don’t need a call back but if you could please take the action I requested, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I agree with others that the office is atrocious about setting up appointments. My doctor was also really bad though. Dr Dan Jackson couldn’t figure out his telehealth (I of course still was charged however) and on top of that he was an incredibly inattentive listener. Avoid this place for something as important as mental health
