I have been a long-standing patient here and am somewhat puzzled as to why my insurance is no longer accepted; I believe this may have been a decision made by Dr. Sharma. I will genuinely miss everyone, particularly the front desk staff, who consistently demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. Dr. Sharma, despite occasionally being perceived as strict, was always exceptionally thorough and an excellent physician. My only concern arose fro a new male nurse practitioner. Regardless, I will miss this establishment and would gladly travel 40 minutes to continue receiving care here. I've been going here for about 20 years now and have never had a problem with staff. They're always kind and professional. Dr. Kacprzak is a great doctor and also very kind which is why I've stuck with him for so long. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a PCP.

I think these low reviews are personal issues and not a reflection of the staff here. From the moment you walk in, even if everyone is busy, they're always so kind and grateful for you being there. The receptionists are super kind and very welcoming! The doctors are all kind and always smiling. Dr. Kacprzak is an incredible doctor. He genuinely cares about any of your concerns and doesn't miss a single one. He's fully on board with trying to treat you in normal ways before attempting to prescribe medicine right away.
