Very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're sick of paying high prices for cable? Go and see what they have to offer. They saved my $420.00 a month. Spectrum's prices are absolutely ridiculous & they keep showing the same stuff. At least with Insation you have a much bigger variety at a fraction of the cost. I'm glad I made the switch.

Great customer service! You get to try it for 2 weeks to see if you like it or not. I’m tired of paying Spectrum outrageous prices! Insations has twice as many channels and alot of movies and everything else!! $350 for a year, $300 if you are a veteran. I can’t say enough good about sensations

Based on the great customer service we've consistently received on the phone for the past 2 years and recently visiting the office which was a really pleasant experience, I don't feel good about the 3⭐ review I'm forced to give...
I can't speak on the other services they provide...But the TV buffering makes me want to smash the remote into my TV!! It took a while to get used to the up and down and not being able to return to a channel, but it buffers no matter how great your Internet speed is.
The buffering issue alone is going to hold the company back, I'm patient and I've been trying to convince... read full review
