Curtis Septic was efficient, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. The lead technician was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to solve septic issue quickl. Customer service was incredibly helpful, arranging same day technician. Lead technician was honest, hard working, and excellent. Credit goes almost entirely to lead technician. Long time customers have used the service for many years at two homes and continue happy.
I had a replacement septic system installed. I'm very pleased with the quality of the result and with the skill and professionalism of the whole team. They were always ready to explain what was going on and what they needed. They were able & willing to accommodate a number of special requests, too, e.g. to protect certain plants and trees near (but outside) the area they had to tear up. I'm particularly impressed with how they made it work despite ledge that's just one to two feet down for much of my lot and which forced a major change in the position of the tanks. Apparently that was all in a day's work for Curtis Septic.
