31 Wellesley Ave, Needham Heights“This Veterinary center was very accommodating, clean, professional, well mannered and empathetic. We recently visited the vet and had to hear some tough news. They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. We just recently moved to MA from CA and will definitely plan for all our pet care here to be at Highland Animal Hospital and provide a shining recommendation.“

29 Domino Dr Suite 2, Concord“We’re so glad to have found Dr. Avery and the clinic! We sought a second opinion from Dr. Avery for our bunny, Totoro, who is dealing with some complex health issues.
Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. He has been transparent about procedure estimates and has considered the costs for us. He has a wealth of knowledge, and it puts us at ease to have him take care of Totoro. We trust him with Totoro, and the only regret we have is that we didn’t have Dr. Avery as Totoro’s vet sooner!
The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. They are organized and quick to answer our calls and requests. They are really sweet, leaving us feeling reassured that Totoro is in good hands. They clearly have a lot of knowledge about bunnies!“

334 Concord St, Framingham“I had such a positive experience communicating with Ashley. Even though I am not currently a client of the clinic, she went out of her way to be kind, patient, and incredibly resourceful while helping me find information and pointing me in the right direction. It is rare to come across someone who is so genuinely helpful without any expectation in return, and it really made a difference for me.
If this is the level of care and compassion they show to someone who does not even go there, I can only imagine how wonderful they are with their actual patients and pet owners. Ashley truly made my day, and I am very grateful for her help. Highly recommend based on this interaction alone!“

662 Boston Post Rd, Sudbury“I've been taking my dogs to Sudbury Animal Hospital for a year now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. They are great with my dogs and get the work done quickly. I have never had any tests or treatments pushed on me like I have had at other veterinary offices, and I have never felt judged by declining an optional service. Overall, great experiences here!“

20 Linden St, Waltham“We urgently took our elderly kitty in after having a poor experience with a veterinary office we had been using for some time. The positive reviews brought us here and I’m so glad we moved. We were treated with such care and support. They were very transparent and showed genuine care and concern to help our sweet girl feel better. Ultimately, she was in pain and we had to make a tough decision. They guided us through the process. Despite only visiting the one time, they frequently checked on us and a week after our sweet girl passed, they sent a handwritten thoughtful card from the whole team. This touched our entire family deeply. We already planned on having our pup move here as well but this just reinforced our decision. Thank you to Caroline, Susan, Sam, Veronica, Caitlyn and Robin. Your thoughtfulness meant so much.“

359 Worcester St, Natick“We recently took our new puppy to Wellesley-Natick Veterinary Hospital and had a fantastic experience. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very kind, and Dr. Stollar and the technicians were excellent. It was obvious that they love animals and care deeply about their work. We’re grateful to have found such a great place to bring our puppy for any care he needs.“

459 Worcester St, Wellesley Hills“We've had cats in a dozen towns and cities across four states, and the Cat's Hospital is the best cat vet we've had. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. More important, our cats get great care, from routine checkups to treating issues small and large. And we never feel as if they're doing something just for the money--no ridiculously expensive tests with no effect on care, as we've had in many other places.“

1487 Monument St, Concord“I can’t say enough good things about North Bridge Equine Associates. We most recently worked with Dr. Cory, who was fantastic. Communication is excellent—clear, thorough, and never rushed. I especially appreciate how thoughtful and reasonable the treatment plan was, with a smart approach for both immediate needs and the long-term future. We’ve had great experiences with everyone at the practice and feel very confident in their care.“
