I placed an order earlier in the day to pick up after work. When I got there, the order wasn't ready. But the staff (especially the young woman with the bob cut) were super helpful and communicated consistently with me. Their system had just gone down, and the team still jumped to try to gather as many of my items as they could. Even when they didn't have an item from my order, she was extremely sweet with letting me know and finding alternatives.
I recently moved closer to this Ulta and I’m so happy. I’ve been lucky to have my hair cut and styled by both Erica J & Jkarah B and they’re both PHENOMENAL. Left feeling cute, lighter and having enjoyed my time with them. The other Ulta I used to go to was good but never kept the same folks around and it’s been great having familiar faces that know my hair. You’re in amazing hands with either one of them.
It was good experience for the first time being at Ulta beauty hair salon. Thanks to Eva for making me feel comfortable being hijabi with additional covering of space. Appreciate the accommodation. I think they need to work little on customer service and language. Other than that, it was overall good experience.
